We covered some ground today:
Started with a conversation of Ayurvedic Cooking - How to balance the qualities, six tastes, and work with the doshas and seasons in each dish. Also, what are the 6 tastes?
We went into nervous system regulation and the disease process the second half of the call. How does Ayurveda treatment differ from other forms of treatment? What does it mean when my labs show up as normal but I can feel something is wrong? These are all things you need to know.
