SAY GOODBYE TO HEAT & DRY SKIN!!
We started this call by discussing how one member can stop her dry skin and dehydration from the inside out. We also went into how to perform a warm oil massage to calm the nervous system, heal the joints, and rejuvenate the skin.
Then, we jumped back into food qualities - What foods are heating and what foods are cooling? When to eat them? What about cravings?
We ended this call by discussing the Ayurvedic nutrition lens, which you can find below (PDF). Food is multi-dimensional. This creates a blueprint for food energetics, tastes, qualities, the doshas and the effect they have on the body and mind.
