We started this call by diving into dosha and organ times. Basically, what is the best time to eat, work-out, wake-up, go to sleep, eat certain foods, meditate, journal, socialize, do deep work, do breathwork, etc. How to structure your day around the natural rhythms of your body and nature...ahhh finding balance.
We also talked through easy, gentle ways to cleanse, and certain cleansing herbs!
We ended this call by talking through how to strengthen digestion, get rid of toxins, facilitate good elimination, and food qualities. What is a dry food vs moist food? What is a heavy food vs light food?
