How To Stay Balanced During Fall
Fall is here and we need to keep vata under control.
Fall is vata aggravation season. Meaning you are more likely to get aggravated by dry, light, cold, mobile qualities (basically what is happening weather-wise right now). This can lead to many things such as anxiety, overwhelm, sleep issues, constipation, bloating, alternating between constipation and diarrhea, dry skin, nervous system issues, pain - these are all cold, light, dry, and mobile conditions in the body.
If you are feeling this, do not miss this video. Doing these very simple tweaks on a day to day basis during this season could be the difference between a minor issue progressing into a worse disease OR you moving towards a state of health.
