FOOD QUALITIES!!
We started this call by diving into some very relatable Q&A. Mindset shifts of how to listen to your body, become in-tune with it, knowing when a craving is intuitive vs something that is going to bring you more out of balance, and looking at signals from the body as messages rather than symptoms.
Then, we jumped into food qualities - What does it mean if a food is drying? What is a drying food? How do I know what I need? We went over dry vs moist foods, heavy vs light food, and will pick back up with cooling vs warming foods next time!
We ended this call with a very important note - HOW TO CLEANSE THIS MONTH (APRIL). Look to April's food of the month for the instructions on how to do your 3-day gentle at home cleanse and/or watch the end of this video for the instructions.
