CCF DIGESTIVE TEA

Makes 3/4 cup of mix, takes 5 minutes, 30-45 minute steeping time
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup cumin seeds
1/4 cup coriander seeds
1/4 cup fennel seeds
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Transfer to a jar for storage.
To make 1 cup of tea: add 1 tsp of tea mixture to 1 cup hot water. Cover and allow to steep for 30-45 minutes. Strain herbs and drink warm or at room temperature during the summer months. Consume 1-3 cups of tea per day or as directed. Always consult a healthcare professional before consuming tea, herbs, or diet change as these herbs may interact with medications and be inappropriate for certain conditions.
Notes
Great digestive tea for all doshas but particularly pitta-type of digestion.
I recommend making a big batch of the tea mix to have on hand so you can quickly steep the tea each morning (if directed) or when you are sick with upset digestion.
