FENNEL BULB PESTO

1 cup, 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1/2 fennel bulb, chopped
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, slowly add the olive oil. Blend until smooth/ desired consistency. Enjoy!
Notes
Fennel bulb is a super sattvic veggie and is super flavorful. This makes a GREAT pesto.
Option to add this to any grain bowl, wrap, roasted veggies, pasta, or on a flatbread - make it a pizza!
