FENNEL BULB PESTO

1 cup, 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 fennel bulb, chopped

  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt & pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, slowly add the olive oil. Blend until smooth/ desired consistency. Enjoy!



Notes

  • Fennel bulb is a super sattvic veggie and is super flavorful. This makes a GREAT pesto.

  • Option to add this to any grain bowl, wrap, roasted veggies, pasta, or on a flatbread - make it a pizza!
