SIMPLE TAKRA YOGURT DRINK

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp plain organic yogurt (with dairy or dairy free)
1 cup room temperature water
1/4 tsp freshly ground cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, or sweet spice mix
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a drinking glass and whisk together. Consume at cool or room temperature. Consume when you need a probiotic boost.
Notes
Takras are traditionally made by blending the yogurt and removing the foam on top - but that can be a lengthy process...and you have to clean your blender which is not fun...this is a simpler version all in one glass!
Use this recipe when you need an extra probiotic kick.
