BAKED BANANA

INGREDIENTS
1 banana, cut lengthwise with peel still on
2 finger pinch cinnamon powder
2 finger pinch freshly grated nutmeg powder
2 finger pinch cardamom powder (freshly ground)
maple syrup for topping (optional)
ghee for topping (optional)
your choice of nuts for topping (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the banana lengthwise, leaving the peel on.
Sprinkle the banana with cinnamon and nutmeg powder.
Place on baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes (until banana is soft).
Drizzle with optional maple syrup and ghee.
Scoop out the inside of the banana and discard of the peel to eat. Enjoy!

One of the yummiest and simplest recipes you'll ever make!
Great for all doshas - add more spices for kaphas, less spices for pitta (just freshly ground cardamom is good), and just as is for vata.
