BEET LEMON RELISH

Makes 1 cup, 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 small beet, peeled
Juice of 1 whole lemon
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Begin by grating the peeled beet using a cheese grater.
Grate beet until you have about 1 cups worth of grated beet.
Place grated beet in small mixing bowl.
Top with pinch of salt & lemon juice. Mix together and serve as a topping to a meal, grain bowl, taco etc.
Notes
This is a classic Ayurvedic formula that especially benefits those who have a gluggy gallbladder.
