MISO TAHINI SAUCE

Makes 1 cup, 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup Of Tahini
1 Tbsp White Miso Paste
1 Tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos
1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 Tsp Honey
Juice of 1 Medium Lemon
4-5 Tbsp of Water (Depending on how thin you like the sauce)
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until smooth/ sauce-like. Adjust amount of water according to desired consistency Enjoy!
Notes
This sauce is best for vatas - which makes it a great fall & early winter sauce.
Goes great on top of grain bowls, kitchari, burrito bowls, roasted veggies, wraps, or noodles!
Use in moderation if kapha or pitta.
