MISO TAHINI SAUCE

Makes 1 cup, 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Cup Of Tahini

  • 1 Tbsp White Miso Paste

  • 1 Tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos

  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Honey

  • Juice of 1 Medium Lemon

  • 4-5 Tbsp of Water (Depending on how thin you like the sauce)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until smooth/ sauce-like. Adjust amount of water according to desired consistency Enjoy!



Notes

  • This sauce is best for vatas - which makes it a great fall & early winter sauce.

  • Goes great on top of grain bowls, kitchari, burrito bowls, roasted veggies, wraps, or noodles!

  • Use in moderation if kapha or pitta.
