TAHINI LIME SAUCE

Makes 3 cups, 2 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 whole lime
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
DIRECTIONS
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl using a fork or small whisk. Serve as a simple sauce on top of any meal!
Notes
Goes great on top of grain bowls, kitchari, burrito bowls, roasted veggies, wraps, or noodles!
Use in moderation if kapha or pitta. Pitta can use more during the colder and dryer months as tahini is hot and oily :).
