TAHINI LIME SAUCE

Makes 3 cups, 2 minutes


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • Juice of 1 whole lime

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos


DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl using a fork or small whisk. Serve as a simple sauce on top of any meal!



Notes

  • Goes great on top of grain bowls, kitchari, burrito bowls, roasted veggies, wraps, or noodles!

  • Use in moderation if kapha or pitta. Pitta can use more during the colder and dryer months as tahini is hot and oily :).
