INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Ground Turmeric
1 Tbsp Dried Basil
2 Tsp Powdered Ginger
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cane Sugar
1 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 Tsp Asafoetida
DIRECTIONS:
Dry roast the seeds over medium high heat until aromatic, stirring frequently (about 2-3 minutes)
Grind all the ingredients in a spice or coffee grinder to make a uniform powder
Store in glass spice shaker jar

Notes
This is a good spice mix to have around during any season but especially the fall and early winter season.
Use to season any savory meal to make it easier to digest.
