Makes 1 cup of spice mix, 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup White or Black Sesame Seeds
1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 Cup Wakame Flakes or Nori Flakes
1/4 Cup Hemp seeds
2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
DIRECTIONS
Dry Roast the sesame seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, hemp seeds until brown and aromatic
Grind all ingrendients in spice or coffee grinder, it is okay if it is a little chunky
Use to season any dish, especially in place of salt :)
Notes
Fabulous salt substitute for those who are sensitive to salt.
Very nutrient-rich and helps build the muscle, bone, nerves, bone marrow, hair, teeth, and nails.
Add to any savory meal. I love it in cooked quinoa with a spoonful of ghee! Quinoa grits!
