SATTVIC SPICE MIX

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds

  • 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Ground Turmeric

  • 2 Tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida/ hing Powder


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Dry Roast the seeds in a pan over medium high heat until aromatic, stirring frequently (about 2-3 minutes).

  2. Grind in spice or coffee grinder with the powdered spices to make a uniform powder.

  3. Store in glass spice shaker jar.

  4. Use to season any dish.
