INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tbsp Ground Turmeric
2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida/ hing Powder
DIRECTIONS:
Dry Roast the seeds in a pan over medium high heat until aromatic, stirring frequently (about 2-3 minutes).
Grind in spice or coffee grinder with the powdered spices to make a uniform powder.
Store in glass spice shaker jar.
Use to season any dish.
