INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp Ground Ginger
1 tbsp Cardamom Seeds
1 tsp Freshly Grated Nutmeg (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Add all the spices to a spice grinder/ coffee grinder and blend into a uniform powder.
Store in a glass spice jar and use to spice sweet meals like porridge or baked goods.

Notes
Good for all doshas during any season! If pitta, use 1/2 tsp of nutmeg instead of the full tsp.
Great as a digestive aide in any sweet dish you are making. Just throw it in!
